Knowledge Xchange has been organizing programmes on Change Management, Innovation and Creativity, Leadership etc. for faculty members and heads of schools and colleges. So far, more than 700 participants have benefitted from the programmes. Knowledge Xchange was the Knowledge Partner for the XXth Triennial Convention of Xavier Board held at Kochi between 7th to 9th May 2010, in which more than 400 delegates participated.
